We use superior worm containers and cricket/worm shipping boxes specifically designed for insects. Orders will be winter packed during cold months. All orders will have fresh packaging and food if required.

Rarely does UPS miss a delivery deadline but, please contact us if you do not receive your order within 5 business days. You will need to contact UPS regarding your shipment. All of our packages leave our facility in good condition. If you receive a package that is in bad condition, you will need to file a claim with UPS. We ship orders with two day shipping on Monday-Wednesday. We ship orders with next day shipping on Monday-Thursday. We usually ship orders the same day if the order is placed before 12:00PM EST.

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Puerto Rico. We combine shipping for multiple items.
